We exchange sustainability awareness through conversation.

The founders met in Sweden as graduate students in a Sustainability program. With different origins, experiences, and skills, we share a unified interest in our collective future. After spending a year learning, experimenting and in conversation, we have a redefined idea of what sustainability and leadership can mean.

To us, sustainability is the largest collaborative opportunity of our generation. It presents endless creative potential for new ideas, networks, solutions, services and relationships.

The aim is make space to spark generative conversation that continuously expands. The focus is on human exchange. Basic conversation can empower a cross-pollination of diverse perspectives and encourage a kind of leadership that webs ideas, big and small, across networks.

We acknowledge that we are the laptop generation, however our local community is important to us. So in addition to waxing sustainability on the curbs we want to keep the conversation going on the web.

We are fueled by systems thinking, a principle-based definition of sustainability, backcasting, collaborative innovation, diversity, interconnectivity, conversational leadership, rhizomes, crowdsourcing, and the potential for endless creativity.
